Occasionally when moving massive objects, like transformers, mishaps occur that render the transformer unusable. Here are some pictures of a transformer that A-Line E.D.S. recently removed from a power plant that fell off its transportation trailer. The unit pictured below landed on its side and the force that accompanied the fall disturbed the internal configuration. The personnel at A-Line E.D.S. decided that the safest means of removal would be to take the unit apart as it lay on its side. The experienced field crew at A-Line E.D.S. proved invaluable to this job’s specific needs.
